Composition of the kit for obtaining juices from fruit:
Lower water container

USE
Fill the lower container with water to about 3 cm below the top edge, then place the middle and top containers on top.

Place the prepared, washed fruit in the upper container. Soft fruit (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, currants) should be whole and not crushed. Hard fruit (apples, pears) should be cut into pieces no smaller than 3 cm.
Cover the fruit with sugar in the amount of 100 to 600 grams (according to the table).
Cover the set with a lid. Tighten the hose clamp and place it behind the handle of the center pot. Place the prepared set on a stove (gas, electric, or induction) and bring to a boil. The flame should not extend beyond the edge of the pot.
Juice will begin to release from the fruit and collect in the central vessel.
From the moment of boiling (the appearance of steam), the time required for the juice to appear is approximately:

soft fruits (strawberries, raspberries) – 20 – 30 minutes

semi-hard fruits (currants, blueberries) – 30 – 40 minutes

hard fruits (apples, pears) – 45 – 60 minutes

About 15 minutes after the water boils, open the lid and pour the juice directly into previously washed and dried bottles or jars. Close the lids immediately after filling.
Then, pasteurize the jars and bottles in a pot of water for about 30 minutes after the water boils. Juices will achieve high quality and long shelf life if all steps are performed with absolute cleanliness.

CLEANING
Before first use, thoroughly wash the entire juicer in warm water with dishwashing liquid, then wipe dry. After each use, wash the set in warm water with dishwashing liquid. Do not use sharp brushes, scouring pads, or powders that may scratch the container. Do not use utensils that may scratch the container for mixing fruit. If the container has not been used for a long time, wash the set a few hours before use.
and leave upside down to dry.

SECURITY
Do not allow the water to boil out of the lower vessel.
The flame should not extend beyond the edge of the pot.
